*Two large cans of cherry pie filling. *One yellow cake mix
*One stick of butter *Cinnamon

…Empty cans into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Melt butter and drizzle all of the dry cake mix. Sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon on top

…Place in 350 degree oven for half an hour or until top starts to bubble and turn brown. Serve warm with ice-cream or whipped cream. Also can be served cold. ENJOY!

FRESH MEX!

- 2 cans of Black Beans (rinse & drain)
- 2 cans of Shoepeg Corn
- 2 large Avocados
- 2 to 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 Green Pepper (optional)
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 Yellow Onion
- Cilantro bushel
*Chop above vegetables, add beans & corn, salt & pepper to taste, cilantro cut up about ½ cup usually, top with fresh squeezed lime juice, refrigerate and serve cooled!
tips…
*add lemon juice on top of your avocados so they don’t turn brown as quickly
*eat with chips as salsa or add chicken and serve in a tortilla!

*For 4: 1 yoplait white choc. strawberry or raspberry
1 banana. 1/2 c. orange juice. 1/2 c. frozen strawberries or raspberries

*Hot Ham & Cheese Sandwiches*

- ¼ lb butter
- 1 tbsp poppyseed
- 1 ¼ tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 ham slices
- 8 swiss cheese slices
*Mix butter, poppyseed, mustard & onion together…
spread on buns.
*Put ham & cheese on bun. Wrap in foil. Heat on 300 degrees for 1 hour!
*Make extra…even better the second day!
